   A Yes, The cost is $65 to $200 depending on location.
   Our normal area is Northern Nevada and Northern California.
   National inspection is available for time and expenses.

   If the case goes to Arbitration the cost is $185 per hour.

   A Yes, You must send in the forms, pictures and payment.
   We will send you a written Appraisal and a 8283 IRS form signed by us.
   This form is then signed by the charity and by you.
